91. Does Timpi offer training for its VAs?

93. I’m worried about handing over control of my inbox or calendar.

It’s one of the most common concerns we hear – and it almost always disappears within the first few weeks. Your VA learns your preferences quickly, and you stay in control of what they can and can’t action on your behalf. Most clients tell us they wish they’d done it sooner.

94. I don’t have time to onboard a new VA.

We keep onboarding as light-touch as possible. Most clients are fully set up in a couple of hours. Your client manager is there to support you through every step, and your VA is experienced enough to get started with minimal briefing.

95. I’m not sure I have enough work to justify a VA.

Most clients think this before they start. However, most change their mind within the first month. Inbox management and diary coordination alone typically saves five or more hours a week. Timpi works on a retainer basis; our clients pay the same every month for their agreed set amount of hours and any overtime. We work with our clients to make sure they’re on the right minimum commitment. So, if you’re not using your time, we will work with you to see what we can do to obtain the right bracket of hours for your needs.

97. Can I use Timpi for both business and lifestyle support?

Yes. Many of our clients use their VA across both – handling business tasks during the working week and personal or household tasks as needed. Your VA builds a rounded picture of how you operate and supports you across both.

98. How is working with a Timpi VA different from using my existing team?

A Timpi VA isn’t there to replace your team. They simply fill the gaps your team can’t. That might be executive-level admin your team doesn’t have time for, specialist tasks outside their skill set, or operational support during a busy period when everyone is already at capacity.
