61. Can I contact my VA outside of business hours?

Our clients are welcome to send tasks as and when they think of things which may be during evenings and weekends. Your VA will simply pick it up the next morning during office hours. Our standard service covers business hours Monday to Friday.

62. How do I track how many hours I’ve used?

Timpi provides a live timesheet link and your VA will regularly keep you updated on what they’re working on. You’ll also receive a proactive alert when you’ve used 75% of your committed hours.

63. What happens if my VA doesn’t have the capacity for a task?

Your client manager will step in to find a solution, whether that’s additional hours, a specialist from Timpi’s trusted network, or temporary support from another team member.

64. What happens when my VA goes on holiday?

We can offer cover with another experienced Timpi VA if you require it. If so, we’ll handle the handover ourselves. This means your business or household keeps running without you having to manage the gap.

65. What happens if my VA is unwell?

The same as holiday cover; we can offer a replacement and manage the handover. Your support continues without interruption.

66. What if I’m in a recruitment gap and need temporary cover?

Timpi can provide experienced cover quickly while you recruit for a permanent hire. We handle the onboarding and make sure your cover VA is fully briefed before they start.

67. What happens if my VA leaves Timpi?

If your VA leaves, Timpi manages the transition. We’ll rematch you with a suitable replacement, handle the handover and make sure there’s no gap in your support.

68. What if I’m not happy with my VA?

Whilst this doesn’t happen very often, if the match isn’t working, tell your client manager. We’ll handle the rematch and transition process quickly, smoothly, and without fuss.

69. How do I share passwords and login credentials securely with my VA?

Timpi recommends using a secure password manager such as LastPass or Dashlane. We can help you set this up if needed.

70. How does Timpi comply with GDPR?

Timpi does not store personal client information beyond what is necessary to provide the service. Clients invite their VA into existing platforms using a company email or Timpi email address. Full details are available in Timpi’s privacy policy.
