A family concierge is a personal assistant specialising in family and household logistics – school admin, childcare research, healthcare appointments, household management and everything in between.

14. Can a virtual assistant replace a full-time employee?

15. What qualifications and experience do Timpi VAs have?

All Timpi VAs have a minimum of five years’ experience in an administrative or executive assistant role and at least one year working as a VA. Many began their careers as EAs in the City, supporting senior leaders at blue-chip companies, banks and household brands.

16. How does Timpi vet its virtual assistants?

Timpi reviews 200–300 applicants for each opening of our VA pool. Our rigorous vetting process assesses skills, experience, personality and working style. Only the top tier make it through – typically those with both corporate EA experience and proven VA track records.

17. Are Timpi VAs based in the UK?

Yes. All Timpi virtual assistants are UK-based, working standard business hours (Monday to Friday), with flexibility by prior agreement.

18. Do Timpi VAs work exclusively with one client?

No. Our VAs typically support a small number of clients. But, you will always work with the same dedicated VA. They are reserved for your account, not shared across a pool, and your hours are protected so they’re always available when you need them.
