Yes. Our VAs are familiar with current AI tools relevant to their work and are kept up to date as the landscape evolves. We take an AI-aware but human-first approach.

The Timpi Quiz is a short tool that helps guide you on how many hours of VA support you might need each month. It takes around two minutes to complete and gives you a helpful reference point before your consultation.

No. The quiz result is a guideline to help you think about your needs. Your client manager will give you a clearer picture during your consultation call.

85. What is the Timpi Academy?

The Timpi Academy is a training and development platform for aspiring and early-stage virtual assistants. Founded by Timpi’s Stephanie Sheargold, it offers courses, coaching and resources to help people build a credible VA career from the ground up.

86. Is the Timpi Academy separate from Timpi VA services?

Yes. The Academy is a separate brand (timpiacademy.co.uk) aimed at people who want to become VAs, rather than clients looking to hire one.

87. Can I join the Timpi team after completing the Academy?

As standard, Timpi requires all VAs to have a minimum of a year’s experience as a VA before they can be considered for our pool. If you complete the academy and gain a year’s experience as a VA, we’d love to hear from you.

88. What experience do I need to work for Timpi?

You’ll need a minimum of five years’ experience in an administrative or executive assistant role and at least one year working as a VA. Many of our team came from EA roles in the City.
