If a client is happy to utilise AI, our VAs will use it only to support human judgement. Every output will be reviewed and refined by your VA before it reaches you.

Yes. Timpi operates on a three-month minimum contract, followed by a rolling monthly arrangement. This gives the relationship time to develop properly and deliver real results.
This doesn’t happen often. However, if a match isn’t right, Timpi handles the transition. We’ll rematch you with a more suitable VA and manage the handover ourselves. You’ll never be left without support.
