Timpi’s services start from £200 + VAT per month. You only pay for the time your VA spends working for you. There’s no salary, pension, National Insurance or sick pay to worry about.
Timpi operates as a pre-paid service. You’re billed upfront at the start of each month via GoCardless direct debit. Any extra hours or minutes used are added to the following invoice.
You choose the bundle of hours you need. These are normally 5, 10, 20, 30 etc. Timpi will track your usage and alert you when you’ve used 75% of your committed hours, giving you the option to extend or stay within your agreed limit.

No. You pay for the time your VA works, tracked to the minute. There are no setup fees, no rounding up and no unexpected charges.
Yes. Your hours can be adjusted as your needs change, whether that’s scaling up during a busy period or scaling back during quieter months. We just require 1 months notice.
Most of our business clients communicate with their VA via their own internal systems; our VAs fully integrate with your business’s preferred way of working. This might be a dedicated Slack channel or WhatsApp and supplemented by brief check-in calls via Zoom/Teams. These typically take place a few times a week. We recommend at least a weekly call to align on tasks and priorities.
Timpi uses shared to-do lists and provides a live, transparent timesheet which every client can access at any time. Your VA will regularly keep you up to date.
Timpi VAs work standard business hours, Monday to Friday, but can offer flexibility in some cases by prior agreement.
Your VA will typically respond within a few hours during business hours. Response expectations can be agreed during your kick-off call.
